摘要 电解煤浆制氢气综合了煤炭的清洁利用和新能源氢气的制备而被广泛研究.采用恒电流法,分别对电解煤浆制氢过程中的电解温度、煤浆质量分数以及铁离子的质量分数进行探究.用电化学工作站进行极化时间的测试,极化时间越长,煤的转化效率越高.结果表明:电解温度、煤浆质量分数以及Fe离子质量分数对煤浆电解过程的极化时间有很大影响.在实验测试范围内,最佳电解温度为80℃;煤浆的最佳质量分数为5%,Fe^(3+)与Fe^(2+)协同作为溶液催化剂具有良好的催化性能,其最佳质量分数为4%. Hydrogen production from electrolytic coal slurry has been extensively studied,which integrates clean utilization of coal and preparation of new energy hydrogen.In this work,the effect factors,such as electrolysis temperature,coal slurry concentration and iron ions concentration on coal electrolysis to produce hydrogen were studied under the galvanostatic conditions.Electrochemical measurements were carried out through electrochemical workstation.The longer the polarization time,the higher the coal conversion efficiency will be.The results showed that the parameters of electrolysis temperature,coal slurry concentration and iron ions concentration had great effects on the polarization time in the electrolysis.Under the experiment conditions,the best conditions for coal electrolysis to produce hydrogen were coal slurry concentration with 5 % and 4 % iron ions addition at 80 ℃.
