摘要 通过溶胶凝胶法制备介孔TiO_2-石墨烯复合薄膜,对该薄膜做扫描电镜,紫外-可见漫发射透射光谱,X-射线光谱等表征.结果表明:制备的介孔TiO_2-石墨烯复合薄膜中TiO_2以锐钛矿晶型存在,石墨烯的掺杂使其对光的吸收增强.对该薄膜的光电流密度测试结果表明石墨烯掺杂后光电流密度显著提高.在光电催化降解罗丹明B的实验中,由于掺杂其中的石墨烯起到了分离光生电子和空穴的作用,与单纯的介孔TiO_2薄膜相比,反应动力学常数提高了1. 6倍. In this study,mesoporous TiO 2-graphene composite films were prepared by sol-gel method.The films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,UV-visible diffuse emission transmission spectrum and X-ray spectrum.The results show that the TiO 2 exists in anatase crystal form in the prepared,and the doping of graphene increases the absorption of light.The photocurrent density measurements of the films showed that the photocurrent density of graphene doped films increased significantly.In the experiments of photoelectrocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B,the kinetic constants of the reaction increased by 2.6 times compared with the pure mesoporous titanium dioxide film,because the doped graphene played the role of separating photogenerated electrons and holes.
