摘要
研究了三元尼龙(MXD-10/6)的用量对NBR耐磨橡胶材料性能的影响.两者并用后结果表明:当MXD-10/6用量为6份时,交联密度提高了9. 85%,拉伸强度提高了29. 33%,磨耗量降低了48. 12%,此时NBR耐磨橡胶材料综合性能达到最佳. RPA测试表明:在NBR中添加MXD-10/6的硫化胶在60℃和80℃时的tanδ值较小,说明此时胶料具有更低的滚动阻力和动态生热性.
In this paper,the influence of NBR system on the properties of wear-resisting rubber materials which filled in different amounts of MXD-10/6 was investigated.The results showed that,an excellent technique of the vulcanized NBR was obtained when 6 phr MXD-10/6 and NBR were mixed.The crosslinking density increased by 9.85 %, the tensile strength increased by 29.33 %,and the abrasion loss decreased by 48.21 %.The wear-resisting rubber materials had the best comprehensive performance in this condition.Meanwhile,the results of RPA demonstrated that the NBR system with MXD-10/6 has lower tan δ at 60 ℃ and 80 ℃,which means lower rolling resistance performance and lower dynamicfrictional heat was obtained at the same time.
