摘要
以氧化石墨烯分散液、硫代乙酰胺与水合钼酸铵为原料,采用水热法制备了石墨烯/二硫化钼复合物.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)对复合物进行形貌及结构分析,发现石墨烯与二硫化钼形成团簇状复合物.循环伏安法(CV)等电化学测试表明:石墨烯的加入提高了石墨烯/二硫化钼复合物的比电容.当石墨烯与二硫化钼质量比为1∶1时,比电容最大为0. 47 F/g.
Graphene/molybdenum disulfide composites were prepared by hydrothermal method with graphene oxide aqueous dispersion,thioacetamide and ammonium molybdate as raw materials.The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,UV-Vis,and XRD.It was found that the obtained graphene/molybdenum disulfied composites has been formed into clusters.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and other electrochemical measurements showed that the specific capacitance of graphene/molybdenum disulfide composites increased with the addition of graphene.The highest specific capacitance of the composites was 0.47 F/g,when the mass ratio of graphene to molybdenum disulfide was 1∶ 1.
