梯级泵站引水多水库水资源联合优化调度研究 被引量:7

摘要 南水北调工程是我国大型的水利引水工程,在很大程度上缓解了我国北方地区的水资源紧张问题。在水利引水过程中,单靠重力式引水无法满足要求的渠道,梯级泵站为其提供了动力来源。当前,如何提高水利调水设备运行效率,减少其能源消耗,确保其安全、有序运行、增加调水量及减少弃水量是一个重要的研究内容。以南水北调东线工程江苏段3个调蓄湖泊及9个梯级泵站群为研究对象,建立多水库水资源联合优化调度模型,对模型进行仿真,结果表明:新的优化模型在各项评价指标中均优于传统的常规调度方式,与常规调度相比,其供水量分别增加了0.39%、1.09%、11.05%;弃水量分别减少了26.11%、24.73%和100%;缺水量分别减少40.5%、7.85%、1.6%,说明该模型是合理的,能有效解决受水区的用水矛盾,合理分配用水量。 The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a large-scale water diversion project in China, which has greatly alleviated the problem of water shortage in northern China. In the process of water diversion, gravity-based water diversion cannot meet the required channels, and the cascade pumping station provides a source of power. At present, how to improve the operation efficiency of water conservancy equipment, reduce its energy consumption, ensure its safe and orderly operation, increase water volume and reduce water abandonment is an important research content. Based on the study of three reservoir lakes and nine cascade pumping stations in the Jiangsu section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, a joint optimization scheduling model for multi-reservoir water resources was established to simulate the model. The results show that the new optimization model is in various evaluation indicators. The average is better than the traditional conventional scheduling mode. Compared with the conventional scheduling, the water supply increased by 0.39%, 1.09%, and 11.05%, respectively;the water disposal decreased by 26.11%, 24.73%, and 100%, respectively;40.5%, 7.85%, and 1.6%, indicating that the model is reasonable, can effectively solve the water use contradiction in the water receiving area, and rationally allocate water consumption.
