摘要
学习体验是学生对求学期间所接触的教育资源、校园活动和个人成长等方面所得经验的情绪性的体会和回味。关于读研动机的体验,承载了学生决定读研的各种缘由与念头,奠定了读研方式与学业成就的"前提",值得深入研究。通过对所选取的N校19位教育学硕士生的深度访谈,可以管窥教育学硕士生的读研动机,比如随波逐流而读研、为改变所处环境而读研、受书香家庭影响而读研、得益于兴趣和家庭而读研、为提高能力和学识而读研等。这些读研动机的影响因素可以归纳为就业实力、学术梦想、亲友影响、同伴影响、本科院校、本科专业、社会环境等,其影响层次及影响机制各异,需要引起关注并积极应对。
Learning experience is the emotional response of students based on their experience in education resources,school activities,personal growth,etc.Based on 19 interviews to the selected pedagogy postgraduates in N school,we can find their motivation for going on further study,such as drifting with the current,aiming at changing surroundings,being influenced by the educated family,benefiting from their interests or family,trying to enhance their abilities and academic level.These influences can be summarized as employment pressure,academic dream,relative or peer influence,undergraduate universities and majors,social environment,etc.,which have different degrees and mechanisms and need to be paid attention to actively dealt with.
