摘要
山西某金矿为了解决目前分层采矿方法存在着采矿劳动强度较大,劳动效率较低,采场作业面安全性较差,采矿损失、贫化大,采场通风效果差等问题,提出采用充填采矿法。为了降低投资和充填成本,并根据开采技术条件及尾砂性质和用量,拟采用分级尾砂胶结充填系统。通过充填材料试验确定了料浆组成,并对充填工艺流程中的主要设备及充填管路进行了选型,为矿山建设分级尾砂胶结充填系统提供参考依据。
To solve the problems existing for a gold mine in Shanxi province,such as labor intensity,low labor efficiency,poor safety of stope surface,loss of mining,large dilution and poor ventilation effect of stope,the filling method is put forward. To reduce the cost of investment and filling,according to the technical conditions of mining and the properties and dosage of tailing,the classified tailing filling system is proposed. The composition of slurry is determined by filling material test,and the main equipment and filling pipeline in filling process are selected,a reference for the classified tailing filling system is provided.
