摘要 对变压器漏磁场产生的原因和涡流损耗效应进行分析说明,并选用1台型号S11-17000/35三相电力变压器作为算例,采用有限元软件ANSYS对变压器进行三维有限元仿真计算。通过建立三维的简化模型、定义材料属性、网格剖分、加载与求解,得到额定工况下变压器铁心磁通密度矢量分布、油箱和结构件的最大漏磁分布及涡流损耗值,并将损耗值与工程上的经验公式所得损耗值进行对比。结果表明:漏磁分布和涡流损耗值等结果与理论基本相符。 The causes of leakage magnetic field and eddy current loss effect of transformer are analyzed and illustrated in this paper.A model S11-17000/35 three-phase power transformer is used as an example,and the finite element software ANSYS is used to conduct 3 D finite element simulation calculation of transformer.By establishing a three-dimensional simplified model,defining the material properties,mesh generation,loading and solving,the magnetic flux density vector distribution of the transformer core under rated operating conditions is obtained,as well as the maximum magnetic leakage distribution and eddy current loss of the oil tank and structural parts,and the loss is compared with the loss obtained from the empirical formula in the engineering.The result shows that the magnetic flux leakage distribution and eddy current loss are basically consistent with the theory.
