摘要
耦合理论是分析和构建大学教师教学学术能力与学科学术能力良性耦合机制的适切框架。教学学术与学科学术具有耦合性即相斥性和相容性,是影响教师教学学术能力与学科学术能力耦合程度的主要因素,可以此为基础,从养成学术职业能力的内在逻辑要素和外部环境要素两个方面构建起促进大学教师教学学术能力与学科学术能力良性耦合发展的机制。
Coupling theory is an appropriate framework for analyzing and constructing a benign coupling mechanism of teaching scholarship ability and discipline scholarship ability of university teachers.The coupling between teaching scholarship and discipline scholarship is repulsive and compatible,which is the main influencing factor of coupling between teaching scholarship ability and discipline scholarship ability.Therefore,we can construct a mechanism to promote the benign coupling development of teaching scholarship ability and discipline scholarship ability of university teachers from the two aspects of internal logic elements and external environmental elements of developing academic professional ability.
