Research on the Development Path of Dalian's Cultural Industry Upgrading from the Perspective of Factor Endowment

文化产业发展是地方经济发展的重要源动力。如何认识大连市文化产业升级,通过何种产业升级路径完成升级,是当前大连市文化升级发展过程中必须思考的问题。研究发现,文化产业发展速度仍然偏缓,企业发展压力仍然较大,大连城市"名片"仍不鲜明。因此,深化体制改革,完善体系建设;加快结构调整,增强发展活力;加大文化产业的投融资力度,为文化产业的蓬勃发展提供足够的资金支撑;加强文化人才队伍的深层次建设,为文化产业发展提供必要的人力资源;加强科技发展与进步对文化产业的支持作用,推进大连市文化产业的产业技术创新,是大连市文化产业升级与创新的路径保障。

The development of cultural industry is an important source of power for local economic development. How to understand the upgrading of Dalian’s cultural industry and through which industrial upgrading path to complete the upgrade is a problem that must be considered in the current cultural upgrading and development of Dalian. This study found that the development speed of the cultural industry is still slow, and the pressure of enterprise development is still relatively large. The "business card" of Dalian city image is still not clear. Therefore, deepen institutional reform, improve system construction, accelerate structural adjustment, enhance development vitality, increase investment and financing of cultural industries, provide good financial support for the development of cultural industries, strengthen the construction of talent teams, and provide human resources for the development of cultural industries. Strengthening the supporting role of scientific and technological progress in the cultural industry and promoting technological innovation in the cultural industry is the path guarantee for the upgrading and innovation of the cultural industry in Dalian.
