摘要
基于国内外学者关于突破性创新和智力资本的已有研究文献,结合突破性创新团队智力资本的内涵与特点,构建突破性创新团队智力资本评价指标体系,然后运用因子分析和灰色聚类分析方法对江苏省28个突破性创新团队的智力资本进行定量评价和横向比较,并对三类突破性创新团队的智力资本的特征、优势和劣势进行分析。
Based on existing literature at home and abroad, and the connotation and characteristics of breakthrough innovation and intelligence capital, this paper constructs the evaluation index system on intellectual capital of radical innovation team. Afterwards, using the methods of factor analysis and gray cluster analysis, the paper quantitatively evaluates and horizontally compares the intelligence capital of 28 radical innovation teams in Jiangsu province, and analyzes characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of their intelligence capital.
