摘要
前孵化器是连接高校和企业孵化器的桥梁,主要用于整合高校资源,为高校创业人才提供前期专业化、信息化、系统化的服务指导。通过前孵化器进行创新创业人才培养的新型教育理念,结合创业教育的理论与实践,为高校创业教育的课程实践和产品转化提供全过程的服务平台,能够增强创新创业教育的实效性。基于前孵化器的功能演变发展过程,对前孵化器的管理设计主体、入驻考核机制、实践平台构建、校外协同关系以及创业保障机制等方面进行阐述,为高校创新创业教育的发展提供借鉴经验。
The former incubator is a bridge connecting the university and the business incubator. It is mainly used to integrate the resources of colleges and universities, and to provide professional, information-based and systematic service guidance for the entrepreneurial talents of colleges and universities. The new educational idea of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents through the former incubator, combined with the theory and practice of entrepreneurial education, provides a service platform for the whole process of curriculum practice and product transformation of entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities, it can enhance the effectiveness of innovative entrepreneurship education. Based on the evolution and development of the function of former incubator, this paper expounds the management and design of the former incubator, the mechanism of entry and assessment, the construction of the practice platform, the relationship between the outside of school and the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship, and so on, in order to provide a reference for the development of innovative entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities in China.
