基于服务化战略实施的制造业价值链优化升级:价值增值的视角

Optimization and Upgrading of Manufacturing Value Chain Based on Service-oriented Strategy:A Value-added Perspective

在全球产业变革和我国经济发展进入新常态的双重背景下,促进制造业价值链优化升级成为我国经济实现高质量可持续发展的根本。首先,分析我国制造业价值链增值能力低下的现状及根本原因;其次,提出服务化转型是我国制造产业竞争力的重要来源,可以有效拓展价值链上的价值增值空间;再次,在对不同类型制造业价值链的驱动因素进行分析的基础上,提出3种不同的服务化增强型价值链优化路径,以期为我国制造企业的服务化转型提供理论指导;最后,为加快推进我国制造业与服务业融合发展,促进制造业服务化价值链优化升级,提出相应的对策措施。

Under the double background of global industrial reform and China’s economic development into the new normal, promoting the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing value chain has become the foundation for China’s economy to achieve high-quality and sustainable development. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation and root causes of the low value-added ability of manufacturing value chain in our country. Secondly,it is pointed out that the service-oriented transformation is an important source of the competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry, which can effectively expand the value-added space in the value chain. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the driving factors of different types of manufacturing value chain, three different service-enhanced value chain optimization paths are put forward, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China. Finally, in order to accelerate the integration and development of China’s manufacturing industry and service industry, and to promote the optimization and upgrading of the service value chain of manufacturing industry, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
