摘要
综述了目前烧结钕铁硼永磁体制备工艺中速凝薄带、氢爆、压制成型、烧结与热处理等工序的主要特点和研究进展,分析了其主要的影响因素。同时,探讨了烧结钕铁硼永磁体研究领域未来的发展方向。
The main characteristics and research progress of the procedure of strip casting, hydrogen decrepitation, compression molding, sintering and heat treatment in the preparation process of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets were reviewed, and the main influence factors were analyzed. At the same time, the future development direction of the research field of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets was discussed.
