摘要
通过机械球磨和放电等离子烧结法制备了烧结温度900~1050℃下氧化物弥散强化HT9合金钢。通过XRD、SEM、TEM和维氏硬度计,研究了球磨后粉末的形貌及尺寸,分析了第二相颗粒的形貌、尺寸及弥散分布情况,测量了该样品的显微硬度。结果表明:在球磨30 h、1000℃烧结,得到了颗粒大小均匀的合金钢粉末,样品中第二相成分为立方晶系的Y_2O_3,在基体中均匀弥散分布。1000℃烧结时,样品的显微硬度达460 HV1,相比普通的HT9钢有了显著改善。
The ODS (oxide dispersion strengthened) HT9 alloy steel samples sintered at 900-1050 ℃ were fabricated by mechanically milling and SPS (spark plasma sintering). The morphology and size of the powder after ball milling were studied and the morphology, size, dispersion distribution of the second phase and the hardness of the sample were studied by XRD, SEM, TEM and vickers experimental equipment. The results show that the alloying powder with uniform particle size is prepared after ball milling for 30 h and then sintering at 1000 ℃, the second phase is cubic system Y2O3 particle, which uniformly and dispersivly distributed. The hardness of the sample sintered at 1000℃ improves significantly than that of normal HT9 steel, and its hardness reaches 460 HV1.
