SUS304/Al1050/SUS430复合板高温拉伸性能研究

摘要 采用EHF-EM100型电液伺服动态试验机测量SUS304/Al1050/SUS430复合板在不同温度下的力学性能,通过扫描电子显微镜观察拉伸后的断裂层形貌。结果表明:复合板在低于400℃时伸长率随温度的升高而降低;而在400~500℃之间复合板的伸长率随温度升高不断增加;在低于500℃时各层材料的强度差异造成向SUS430侧产生翘曲;当温度升高至550℃,由于两层界面之间产生了FeAl3脆性化合物导致在拉伸时因界面结合强度不够而分离。 The mechanical properties of SUS304/A11050/SUS430 Composite plate at different temperatures were measured by EHF-EM100 electro hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine, and the morphology of the tensile fracture was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the elongation rate of the composite plate increases with the increase of temperature between 400℃ and 500 ℃, while it decreases with the increas of temperature below 400℃. The difference in strength of each layer material causes warpage. Composite plate separates with each other due to FeAl3 brittle compound decreasing the bond strength of interface, when the temperature rises to 550℃.
