摘要
以输电铁塔用Q420钢为研究对象,在高频疲劳试验机下进行高频拉-压试验,通过S-N曲线分析了热镀锌对Q420钢疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,未镀锌Q420钢试样疲劳强度约为108.7 MPa,经热浸镀纯锌后的疲劳强度下降明显,热浸镀锌合金后疲劳强度下降较小;热浸镀后热处理工艺对疲劳性能有较大影响,水冷有助于提高疲劳强度;疲劳断裂的断口处多为试样截面突变处,基体为韧性断裂,镀锌层为脆性断裂。
Taking Q420 steel used for transmission tower as research object, high frequency stretch compression experiments were carried out using high-frequency fatigue testing machine, the effects of hot-dip galvanizing on the fatigue performance of Q420 steel were analyzed by S-N curve. The results show that fatigue strength of Q420 steel samples without galvanized is 108.7 MPa. The fatigue strength decreases significantly after hot-dip galvanizing pure Zn, and decreases slightly after hot-dip galvanizing zinc alloy. The effect of heat treatment after hot-dip galvanizing on the fatigue properties is larger and the water-cooling contributes to improve the fatigue strength. The fracture of fatigue fracture is in the mutation of sample section. The matrix is ductile fracture, and the galvanized layer is brittle fracture.
