热处理对S355J2转向架结构钢火焰矫正区的影响

摘要 对已进行600、700、800℃火焰矫正后的S355J2钢分别进行正火热处理、去应力退火热处理,通过分析热处理后金相显微组织变化及对比硬度性能试验数据,选定合适的热处理工艺方法,研究了结构钢S355J2的火焰矫正区域经消除应力热处理对母材的影响。结果表明,消除应力热处理不但不会对母材组织性能产生不利影响,反而有效改善钢材S355J2的性能。 The S355J2 steel which was corrected by flame at 600, 700, 800℃ was treated by normalizing heat treatment and stress relief annealing heat treatment respectively.By analyzing the change of metallographic microstructure and the test data of hardness after heat treatment, the suitable heat treatment process was selected. The effect of stress relieving heat treatment on the base metal of structural steel S355J2 in flame correction region was studied. The results show that, the stress relief heat treatment will not adversely affect the microstructure of the base metal, at the same time, it can effectively improve the properties of steel S355J2.
