摘要
采用力学性能测试和光学显微镜观察研究亚温淬火工艺对厚度为25 mm的控轧控冷(TMCP)态EH47船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:热处理后TMCP态船板钢的综合性能有较大提高。最佳的亚温淬火工艺为850℃淬火/30 min+500℃回火/30 min,其显微组织为铁素体+回火索氏体。
The effects of subcritical quenching process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of EH47 grade ship plate steel with the thickness of 25 mm in control rolling and control cooling (TMCP) state were studied by using mechanical properties test and optical microscope observation. The result show that, after the heat treatment the overall performance of the ship plate steel in TMCP state has greatly improved. The best subcritical quenching process is quenching at 850 ℃ for 30 min and tempering at 500 ℃ for 30 min, and the microstructure is ferrite and tempered sorbite.
