清初台湾禅济布案考辨

Textual Research on the Case of Chanjibu in Taiwan in the Early Qing Dynasty

清初,中央在台湾实行巡台御史监察制度,规定设置满族御史和汉族御史各一人。由于两者职权的争夺,导致了清朝初期满汉官员之间固有的矛盾加深,最终爆发了禅济布案。案件爆发前期,主要是满汉御史之间的相互较量;随着两位御史的互相弹劾,内地大员也被卷入其中,案件陷入了僵局;最终,案件由于皇权的介入而定案。案件虽然得以解决,但皇帝逐渐不再信任满族巡台御史,更对巡台御史制度失去了信心。

At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,the central government implemented the system of Taiwan emissary supervision in Taiwan,and it is stipulated that there should be one Manchu messenger and one Han messenger.Because of the power struggle between the two,make the contradiction between Manchu and Han officials in the early Qing Dynasty is more profound.Finally the Chanjibu case was broke out.Before this,it was mainly a contest between the envoys of Manchu and Han.As the two emissaries impeachment each other,mainland officials were also involved,and the case was deadlocked.The case was finally settled by the emperor’s intervention.However,the emperor gradually lost confidence in the Manchu emissaries to inspect Taiwan,and even lost trust in the system of inspecting Taiwan emissaries.
