地方高校智慧校园建设模式探讨——以闽江学院为例

智慧校园建设是高校信息化建设的新阶段,其建设发展是一个复杂的系统工程,既要加强顶层设计,又要考虑具体操作层面和师生体验。智慧校园建设同时也是一个花钱的工程,既要考虑学校的财力状况,也要考虑学校的发展需要。鉴于此,地方高校智慧校园建设宜采用管理推动下的高校信息化建设模式,运用先进的建设理念,加强人才培养和引进,整体规划,分期建设,从而保障智慧校园建设得以实施。

The construction of intelligent campus is a new stage of the construction of information technology in colleges and universities.It is a complex system engineering,not only to strengthen the top-level design,but also to consider the specific level of operation and the experience of teachers and students.The construction of the smart campus is also a project to spend money,not only to consider the financial situation of the school,but also to consider the needs of the school development.In view of this,the construction of smart campus in local colleges and universities should adopt the management-driven mode of information construction in colleges and universities,introduce advanced construction concepts,strengthen personnel training and introduction,overall planning,phased construction,so as to ensure the implementation of smart campus construction.
