摘要
高铁时代的到来对电气化铁路接触网零部件的腐蚀防护性能提出了更高的要求。本文从接触网零部件腐蚀的材料特征和环境特征出发,结合现有的防护技术与手段及前期开展的现场调研情况分析,提出面对我国大气腐蚀环境条件下接触网防护的有效手段:有机涂层技术,进而提出有机涂层技术的研究重点和研究方向。
The coming of the high-speed train era puts forward the higher request for the anti-corrosion property of overhead contact system in electrified railway. In this paper,the materials characteristic and the environment features of corrosion of overhead contact system are reviewed. Upon this, and based on the review of currently used corrosion protection techniques in overhead contact system and on the field survey in a railway tunnel by authors,organic coating system is suggested in the paper for the future use in protecting overhead contact system in severe atmospheric corrosion environment in China. The Key points and directions have been also proposed for the future investigation in organic coating protection system.
