雄安新区建设对京津冀地区城市经济增长的影响研究

一个地区的经济增长不仅取决于自身的基础和投入,也依赖于周围邻居区域的经济增长轨迹。针对京津冀地区,静态和动态空间面板模型显示空间关系对各城市经济增长有显著的短期和长期影响,其贡献度已超过要素投入。在此基础上,通过市场潜能指数反映雄安新区建设后空间关系的变化,认为雄安新区的建设会显著影响各城市的市场潜能指数,进而影响区域经济增长水平,特别是保定、廊坊、石家庄、邢台将从雄安新区改变的空间关系中长期受益,有利于推动冀中南地区经济增长。

Economic growth of a region depends not only on its own foundation and input, but also on the economic growth trajectory of other surrounding neighbors. For Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, static and dynamic space panel models show that spatial relations have significant short-term and long-term effects on the economic growth of local cities, and its contribution has exceeded factor input. On this basis, the market potential index reflects that the construction of Xiong’an NewArea can change spatial relationship. The construction of Xiong’an New Area will significantly affect the market potential index of each city, and then affect the regional economic growth level, especially Baoding, Langfang, Shijiazhuang and Xingtai will benefit from the long-term changing. Xiong’an New Area will help promote economic growth in Central and South of Hebei.
