生态文明视角下旅游产业集聚对环境污染的影响——以西部地区为例

The Impact of Tourism Industry Agglomeration on Environmental Pollution from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization: Taking the Western Region as an Example

环境污染问题的改善与产业发展态势的关系十分密切。文章考察了生态文明视角下西部地区旅游产业的集聚态势及其对环境污染的影响机制,研究发现:西部地区旅游产业集聚水平总体偏低,在加入了经济发展水平、外资依存度、产业结构高级化、科技创新能力和能源消费强度等控制变量后,其与环境污染之间呈先促进后抑制的倒"U"型曲线关系,旅游产业的科学集聚有利于西部地区环境污染情况的改善,但其目前发展具有显著的空间异质性。西北、西南地区旅游产业集聚与环境污染情况的发展态势及控制变量对二者互动关系的作用形式都存在不同程度的差异。当前应该因地制宜地制定合理对策,科学引导地区旅游产业和环境保护事业的协调发展。

The improvement of environmental pollution problems is closely related to the industrial development trend. The article examines the agglomeration situation of tourism industry in the western region from the perspective of ecological civilization and its impact on environmental pollution. The study finds that the level of tourism industry agglomeration in the western region is generally low, and it has joined the level of economic development, foreign investment dependence,and advanced industrial structure. After the control variables such as chemical, scientific and technological innovation ability and energy consumption intensity, the relationship between the pollution and the environmental pollution is firstly promoted and then suppressed. The scientific agglomeration of the tourism industry is conducive to the improvement of environmental pollution in the western region, but its current development has significant spatial heterogeneity. The development trend of tourism industry agglomeration and environmental pollution in northwest and southwest China and the role of control variables in the interaction between the two have different degrees of difference. At present, we should formulate reasonable countermeasures according to local conditions and scientifically guide the coordinated development of regional tourism industry and environmental protection cause.
