摘要 在小流域尺度上,基于水生态系统的完整性理论,利用Strahlcr—Horton定律和ArcGIS技术提取出韩仓河流域的水系分布和49个集水区,综合考虑洼地、水系节点及实际土地利用情况等因素确定湿地位置和数量37个,按照50年一遇的防洪标准和75%的径流总量控制率标准,分别得到湿地总径流控制容积9.184 2×10~5m^3和湿地防洪调蓄容积4.282 2×10~6 m^3。在小流域空间上实现了雨洪水资源的生态技术调蓄。 In this paper, based on the integrity theory of water ecological system, the river distribution and 42 catchments of Hancang River were extracted by Strahlcr-Horton laws and ArcGIS at a small watershed scale. Considering the factors of lowlying land, drainage node and actual land use, 37 wetlands were sited. According to the standard of the flood control for 50 years and the total runoff control rate of 75%, the total runoff volume and the flood control volume for wetland system were9.184 2×10^5 m^3 and 4.282 2×10^6 m^3, respectively. The ecological technology for regulating and storaging the rain-flood resources was realized at small watershed scale.
