目的:为止血材料研发中猪创伤性出血模型的建立提供参考。方法:分析国内外有关猪创伤性出血模型的动物选择标准、实验前准备和建立方法等。结果:猪的组织结构与人类较相似,实验可信度好,符合创伤性出血模型动物实验的筛查要求。结论:猪创伤性出血模型可全面系统地评价止血效果,为止血材料的研发提供参考。

Objective:To provide a reference for the application of traumatic bleeding swine model in the research of hemostatic materials.Methods:The selection criteria,experiment preparation and establishment methods of traumatic bleeding model in swine were analyzed.Results:The tissue structure of swine were similar to those of humans,which could meet the screening requirements of traumatic hemostatic model animal experiments.Conclusion:Traumatic hemorrhage swine model evaluate the hemostatic effect comprehensively and systematicaly,which provided reference for the development of hemostatic materials.
