新疆地区少数民族胆囊息肉患病率及相关因素分析

Prevalence and related factors of gallbladder polyp in Xinjiang minorities

目的:分析新疆地区少数民族胆囊息肉的患病率及其相关因素。方法:采用典型抽样后再多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取新疆地区6 024名居民,应用统一自制的调查问卷,收集胆囊息肉的流行病学资料,同时行肝脏和胆囊的腹部超声检查。结果:新疆地区抽样人群胆囊息肉患病率为5.8%,汉族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族和其他民族胆囊息肉的患病率分别为7.1%、3.5%、5.6%、7.0%。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,男性、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)高、食用菌类、父母胆囊疾病史、文化程度高及非母乳喂养为胆囊息肉的危险因素;母乳喂养、女性、生孩数量多为保护因素。结论:新疆地区胆囊息肉发病率高,且患病率存在民族差异。进一步了解新疆地区少数民族的饮食及生活方式,可为该地区胆囊息肉的防治提供理论依据。

Objective:To study the prevalence and related factors of gallbladder polyp in Xinjiang minorities.Methods:A total of 6 024 Xinjiang minorities were extracted by multistage stratified cluster and random sampling method after a typical sampling.The epidemiological data of gallbladder polyp were collected by self-made questionnaire,at the same time the patients were detected by abdominal ultrasonography for the liver and gallbladder.Results:The prevalence of gallbladder polyp in the sample population in Xinjiang was 5.8%.The prevalence of gallbladder polyp in Han,Uygur,Kazak and other nationalities was 7.1%,3.5%,5.6% and7.0%respectively.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that men,high BMI,edible fungus,parents gallbladder disease history,high culture degree and non-breast feeding were risk factors.Breast feeding,women,the number of having babies were protective factors.Conclusion:The prevalence of gallbladder polyp in Xinjiang region is high.The prevalence of gallbladder polyp exists ethnic difference.The study of Uygur diet and lifestyle in Xinjiang minorities can provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of gallbladder polyp in Xinjiang area.
