摘要
了解多西他赛+顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶(Docetaxel+Cisplatin+5-Fluorouracil,DCF)方案的特点及其作为新辅助化疗方案在胃癌中的应用。虽然标准的DCF方案能提高R0切除率,延长患者的总生存期,但存在一定的毒副反应。相信随着对新辅助化疗的不断研究,其在胃癌中的应用会日趋广泛。
To understand the characteristics of the drugs that make up the DCF regimen(Docetaxel+Cisplatin+5-Fluorouracil)and its application as a neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen in gastric cancer.The standard DCF regimen not only improves the R0 resection rate,prolongs the overall survival of the patient,but there were certain toxic side effects.It is believed that with the continuous research on neoadjuvant chemotherapy,its application in gastric cancer will become more and more important.
