摘要
文章在橡胶粉改性CA砂浆基础性能研究的成果上,取掺入量分别为0、5%、10%的掺料,严格按照暂行技术条件进行橡胶粉改性CA砂浆的制备,并对三组橡胶粉改性CA砂浆试件的抗冻性进行测试。结果表明:最佳掺量范围内(≤5%)掺入橡胶粉时,橡胶粉改性CA砂浆的抗冻性随着掺入量的增加而改善;掺料可以改善试件整体性,当冻融循环次数达到56次、300次时,单位面积剥落量均满足暂行技术要求;橡胶粉本身的良好弹性,使除了冻融循环次数达到300次的10%掺入量以外的其他试件动弹性模量均≤60%,满足暂行技术条件要求。
Based on the research results on the basic properties of rubber powder modified CA mortar,this article prepares the rubber powder modified CA mortar in strict accordance with the provisional technical conditions by taking the blending amount of 0,5% and 10% respectively,and then it tests the frost resistance of three sets of rubber powder modified CA mortar specimens.The results show that,when the rubber powder is blended within the optimum dosage range(≤5%),the frost resistance of rubber powder modified CA mortar is improved with the increase of blending amount;the admixture can improve the integrity of the specimen,and,when the freeze-thaw cycle number reaches 56 times and 300 times,the amount of exfoliation per unit area meets the provisional technical requirements;the good elasticity of rubber powder itself makes the dynamic elastic modulus of other specimens all ≤60% except 10% blending amount when the number of freeze-thaw cycles is up to 300 times,which meets the requirements of provisional technical conditions.
