摘要
通过采用自制聚醚多元醇、抑烟剂,选择合适的三聚催化剂及异氰酸酯指数等方法,开发了低烟密度玻纤增强聚氨酯复合材料。制品的烟密度等级50~55、氧指数≥23%、水平燃烧速度A–0mm/min、垂直燃烧速度约30 mm/min,可满足JT/T 1095—2016中对第1类内饰板材的阻燃要求。
The low smoke density glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite was developed by the methods including using the self-made polyether polyols and smoke suppressant, selecting the appropriate trimerization catalyst and isocyanate index, etc. The smoke density level of the product is 50~55, the oxygen index is not less than 23%, the horizontal burning speed is A-0 mm/min, the vertical burning speed is about 30 mm/min. The flame retardancy requirements of Class 1 interior trim panels in JT/T 1095-2016 can be met.
