摘要
采用全新的催化剂NA—700和自主研发的醛捕捉剂G—330,对原有聚氨酯泡沫配方进行优化和调整,达到同时明显降低聚氨酯泡沫的气味、醛含量和总挥发性有机物(TVOC)含量的目的。结果表明:采用同时使用NA—700和G—330的配方,所得聚氨酯泡沫的气味按VDA 270标准检测显著降低;同时,采用第三方检测机构(SGS)的10L袋式法检测过程中,发现泡沫中的醛(甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛)含量和TVOC含量可得到有效降低;同时,泡沫的物性无显著差异。
Using the novel catalyst NA-700 and self-developed aldehyde scavenger G-330 to optimize and adjust the original polyurethane foam formulation, the targets for significantly reducing the odor,aldehyde content and total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) content of polyurethane foam were achieved. The results show that the odor of the polyurethane foams detected according to VDA 270 standard significantly reduces by simultaneously using NA-700 and G-330 in the formulations. Meanwhile, it is found that in the 10 L bag testing process of the third party testing agency(SGS), the aldehyde(formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and acrolein) content and the TVOC content in the foams can be effectively reduced.Meanwhile, there is no significant difference of the physical properties of the foams.
