模塑胀气慢回弹聚氨酯泡沫稳定剂的开发

摘要 通过对胀气慢回弹发泡市场主要原料聚醚、异氰酸酯的了解,开发了适用于这些原料的泡沫稳定剂WD557。在适当配方体系下,与进口泡沫稳定剂在泡沫制品芯密度、球回弹、透气性、回复时间、泡孔状况等方面进行了比较。结果表明,WD557基本达到了国外产品的水平,可用于胀气慢回弹模塑发泡的生产。 Based on the understanding of the main raw materials such as polyethers and isocyanate in the flatulent slow resilience foam market, the stabilizer WD557 suitable for the foam of these raw materials was developed. In case of the suitable formulation system, it was compared with the imported foam stabilizer from the aspects of the core density, ball rebound, permeability, recovery time and cell state of the foam products. The results show that on the whole, the WD557 achieves the level of the foreign product,and can be used in the production of the flatulent slow resilience molded foam.
