摘要 为考察含TKX—50(1,1′—二羟基—5,5′—联四唑二羟胺盐)推进剂能量性能及特征信号,理论计算不同含量TKX—50分别取代硝胺炸药、AP(高氯酸铵)、Al时推进剂能量变化,通过理论及试验研究含TKX—50推进剂燃烧产物烟雾状况。结果表明:TKX—50取代硝胺炸药时,随TKX—50含量增加,推进剂密度及比冲均呈上升趋势;取代AP时,随TKX—50含量增加,推进剂密度呈下降趋势,比冲先上升后下降;取代Al时,随TKX—50含量增加,推进剂密度及比冲均呈下降趋势;随TKX—50含量增加,AP、Al含量降低,推进剂可见光透过率、红外光透过率、激光透过率均呈上升趋势,从而在保证能量的同时可降低推进剂特征信号。 In order to investigate the energy performance and characteristic signal of the propellant containing TKX-50(dihydroxylammonium 5,5′-bistetrazole-1,1′-diolate), the energy variations of the propellants in case of replacing the nitramine explosive, AP(ammonium perchlorate) and Al with different content of TKX-50 separately were theoretically calculated. The smoke states of the combustion products of the propellant containing TKX-50 were investigated by the theories and experiments. The results show that when replacing the nitramine explosive with TKX-50, with increase of TKX-50 content, the density and specific impulse of the propellant all exhibit the rising tendency. When replacing AP with TKX-50, with increase of TKX-50 content, the density of the propellant exhibits the falling tendency, and the specific impulse exhibits the tendency of first rising and then falling. When replacing Al with TKX-50, with increase of TKX-50 content, the density and specific impulse of the propellant all exhibit the falling tendency. With increase of TKX-50 content, the content of AP and Al decreases, and the transmittance of the visible light,infrared light and laser of the propellant all exhibits the rising tendency. Thus, the characteristic signal of the propellant can be reduced while the energy is guaranteed.
