关于提高中国人体器官捐献率制度的研究

A Study on the System of Improving the Donation Rate of Human Organs in China

本文梳理当前中国人体器官捐献与移植的流程,从经济学角度探讨提高中国人体器官捐献率的制度建设,提出红十字会宣传部门应与媒体合作制作有关人体器官捐献与移植题材的文艺作品,引导大众深入了解这一服务社会大众制度的运行机制;建议在器官分配机制中允许家庭困难的器官捐献者通过特定分配机制获得更高经济补偿,以此激励更多人参与到人体器官捐献活动中,从而提高中国人体器官捐献率。

This article combs through the current process of human organ donation and transplantation in China, discusses the institutional construction of raising the rate of human organ donation in China from the perspective of economics, and proposes that the Red Cross propaganda department should cooperate with the media to produce literary works on human organ donation and transplantation, so as to guide the general public to understand the operation mechanismof the system that serves the general public. It is proposed to allow organ donors from families with financial difficulties to obtain higher economic compensation through specific distribution mechanisms in the organ distribution mechanism, so as to encourage more people to participate in human organ donation activities, thus increasing the rate of human organ donation in China.
