人性理念下优质护理对糖尿病肾病并心衰行血液透析患者的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy and Heart Failure under the Concept of Humanity

目的研究优质护理在糖尿病肾病并心衰行血液透析患者的影响。方法将在该院2016年7月—2017年8月接受治疗的血液透析的120例糖尿病肾病并心衰患者按照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组(60例)采用常规护理,实验组(60例)给予优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组生活质量评分各指标均明显优于对照组;在护理满意度方面,实验组为96.7%,明显高于对照组(80.0%);经过护理后,实验组焦虑抑郁评分均明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够改善患者的生活质量和负面情绪,提升对护理的满意度,应该在临床中进行推广。

Objective To study the effect of quality nursing on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy and heart failure. Methods 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy and heart failure who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method. The control group(60 cases) received routine nursing and the experimental group(60 cases) was given quality care,compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results The indexes of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. In terms of nursing satisfaction, the experimental group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than the control group(80.0%). After the nursing, the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly better. The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality care can improve patients’ quality of life and negative emotions, and improve their satisfaction with nursing. It should be promoted in the clinic.
