药物涂层球囊在糖尿病患者冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用

Application of Drug-coated Balloon in Coronary Intervention for Diabetic Patients

目的探讨药物涂层球囊在糖尿病患者冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用。方法选取该科2017年3月—2018年3月收治的糖尿病冠脉介入治疗患者46例,随机分为两组各23例,对照组置入药物洗脱支架,观察组在对照组的基础上加用药物涂层球囊。结果两组FPG、2 hPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组无再狭窄发生,心脏不良事件发生率为4.3%,显著低于对照组再狭窄率13.0%,心脏不良事件发生率21.7%(P<0.05)。结论药物涂层球囊作为一种新的治疗手段,在减少介入术后再狭窄和心脏不良事件方面有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the application of drug-coated balloons in coronary intervention for diabetic patients.Methods 46 patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing coronary intervention were enrolled in our department from March 2017 to March 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups of 23 patients each. The control group was placed with drug-eluting stents. The observation group was based on the control group added a drug-coated balloon. Results There was no significant difference between FPG and 2 hPG in the two groups(P>0.05). There was no restenosis in the observation group. The incidence of cardiac adverse events was 4.3%, which was significantly lower than the restenosis rate of the control group by 13.0%, and the incidence of cardiac adverse events was 21.7%(P<0.05). Conclusion As a new treatment,drug-coated balloons play an important role in reducing restenosis and adverse cardiac events after intervention.
