摘要
目的探讨对老年糖尿病外伤患者实施综合护理对促进外伤愈合的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年5月该次收治的35例老年糖尿病外伤患者作为研究对象,均给予综合护理干预措施,观察其临床效果。结果所有患者外伤伤口均有良好的愈合效果,2例延期拆线,1例出现感染现象,经抗感染处理后恢复良好。结论老年糖尿病外伤患者给予综合护理干预对患者的血糖及血压水平可有效控制,改善了各项血糖以及血脂指标,提高患者的治疗依从性,对促进患者伤口愈合效果明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on the treatment of traumatic healing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 35 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. All patients were given comprehensive nursing interventions to observe their clinical effects. Results All patients had good healing effects in traumatic wounds. 2 cases were delayed in suture removal, and 1 case developed infection. It recovered well after anti-infective treatment. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose and blood pressure levels of patients, improve blood glucose and blood lipids, improve patient compliance, and promote wound healing.
