延续性护理干预对提升糖尿病患者生活质量的应用研究

Application of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Improving the Quality of Life of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨延续性护理干预对改善糖尿病患者生活质量的应用效果。方法将2016年11月—2018年1月接收的60例2型糖尿病患者资料进行研究;根据护理方法将对象分为观察组和对照组,每组30例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施延续性护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果随访显示:观察组干预后3个月的血糖水平及生活质量评分均优于对照组,各项数据组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施延续性护理干预,可有效控制患者的血糖并改善其生活质量,方法值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of diabetic patients. Methods The data of 60 patients with type II diabetes received from November 2016 to January 2018 were studied. According to the nursing method, the subjects were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was implemented continuous nursing intervention, comparing the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The follow-up showed that the blood glucose level and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group at 3 months after intervention, and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose of patients and improve their quality of life. The method is worth learning.
