自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部填充的临床应用及远期疗效观察

Clinical application and long-term efficacy of autologous granular fat transplantation in facial tamponade

目的观察自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部填充的临床应用及远期疗效。方法选取2017年12月～2018年03月我院收治的120例择期行面部填充的患者为对象,按随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组给予透明质酸钠注射,观察组给予自体颗粒脂肪移植,比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果治疗后观察组近期、远期总有效率为96.67%和91.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%和66.67%(P <0.05);术后观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,显著低于对照组的30.0%(P <0.05);治疗后观察组患者满意度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的78.33%(P <0.05)。结论自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部填充的远期疗效较好,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical application and long-term effect of autologous granular fat transplantation in facial filling.Methods 120 patients with selective facial tamponade admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by the random number table method.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate injection and the observation group was given autologous fat granule transplantation.The clinical curative effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The short-term and longterm response rates of the observation group(96.67%and 91.67%)were significantly higher than those of the control group(73.33%and 66.67%)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.0%vs 30.0%(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(95.00%vs 78.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term effect and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial filling is better.
