果酸联合百癣夏塔热片治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

Clinical observation of alpha hydroxyl acid combined with Baixianxiatare tablet on treating of acne vulgaris

目的观察果酸联合百癣夏塔热片治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法选取204例痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组(果酸配合百癣夏塔热片治疗)102例和对照组(单纯果酸治疗)102例,其中以20%浓度的果酸治疗痤疮区域,每2周1次,共4次;治疗组同时口服百癣夏塔热片。分别于第2周、4周、6周、8周观察皮损变化、不良反应(干燥、红斑、脱屑等)的情况。结果在治疗第2周时,治疗组有效率为17.6%,对照组为15.7%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.707);治疗8周时,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.2%、73.5%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论果酸联合百癣夏塔热片治疗痤疮疗效满意、安全性高,改善和提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of alpha hydroxyl acid combined with Baixianxiatare tablet on treating of acne vulgaris.Methods 204 cases of acne patients were randomly divided into two groups as following:Alpha hydroxyl acid and Baixianxiatare tablet treatment is experiment group and alpha hydroxyl acid treatment is control group.both groups used 20%concentration pure alpha hydroxyl acid treatment for acne area once two weeks,a total of four times.In the experiment group oral Baixianxiatare tablet as additional treatment.All the patients received therapy for 8 weeks continuously and had been observed to evaluate the efficacy and safety on the second、fourth、sixth and eighth week of treatment.Results On the second week of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group and control group were 17.6%and 15.7%separately(P=0.707).on the eighth week of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group and control group were 91.2%and 73.5%separately.and curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion Alpha hydroxyl acid and Baixianxiatare tablet treatment has significant therapeutic effect,and improve the the life quality of patients to a great extent with high safety and worth clinical promotion.
