摘要 目的探讨Q开关激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选择我院医学整形美容科2017年10月至2018年9月共86例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组接受Q开关1064nm激光治疗,观察组接受Q开关1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗,对两组患者治疗后黄褐斑皮损面积及严重指数(MASI)进行观察。结果观察组基本治愈30例,显效6例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率93.02%;对照组基本治愈24例,显效5例,有效3例,无效11例,总有效率74.42%。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Q开关1064nm激光联合口服氨甲环酸片治疗黄褐斑有明显临床疗效,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Q-switched laser combined lysteda the treatment of melasma.Methods 86 patients with melasma from October 2017 to September 2018 in the department of plastic and reconstructive of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table methed,43cases in each group.The control group was treated by Q-switch 1064 nm laser,while the observation group was treated by Q-switch 1064 nm laser combined with lysteda.After treatment,the area and severity index of melasma skin lesion(MASI)of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the observation group,30 cases were basically cured,6 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.02%.In the control group,24 cases were basically crued,5 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 74.42%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Q-switched 1064 nm laser combined with lysteda has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of melasma,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
