爱康渗透树脂联合Beyond冷光美白仪治疗轻、中度氟斑牙患者临研究

Ai Kang Infiltration Resin Combined with Beyond Cold Light Whitening Instrument for the Treatment of Patients with Mild and Moderate Dental Dental Pelvis

目的探讨爱康渗透树脂联合Beyond冷光美白仪在轻、中度氟斑牙患者中应用效果。方法选取我院2015年6月—2017年7月收治的轻、中度氟斑牙患者70例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组35例采用Beyond冷光美白仪治疗,观察组35例给予Beyond冷光美白仪+爱康渗透树脂治疗,观察比较两组治疗后1周、治疗后1年临床疗效及治疗后1d、治疗后1周牙体敏感性,并统计两组满意度。结果观察组治疗后1周总有效率为97.14%(34/35),对照组为88.57%(31/35),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后1年总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05);两组治疗后1 d及治疗后1周牙体敏感性比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组满意度为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组74.29%(26/35)(P <0.05)。结论爱康渗透树脂配合Beyond冷光美白仪治疗轻、中度氟斑牙,牙齿美白效果好且持久,可提高患者满意度,且牙体敏感性轻微。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Aikang Infiltration Resin Combined with Beyond Cold Light Whitening Instrument in patients with mild to moderate dental fluorosis.Methods Seventy patients with mild to moderate dental fluorosis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to July 2017 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,35 patients in the control group were treated with Beyond cold light whitening instrument,and 35 patients in the observation group were given Beyond.Cold light whitening instrument+Aikang penetration resin treatment,observe and compare tooth sensitivity,and the satisfaction of the two groups between the two groups after 1 week,1 year after treatment and 1 day treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.14%(34/35)in the observation group and 88.57%(31/35)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group was 1 year after treatment.The total effective rate was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups after 1 day of treatment and 1 week after treatment.Significance(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(74.29%(26/35))(P<0.05).Conclusion Aikang infiltration resin combined with Beyond cold light whitening instrument for the treatment of mild and moderate dental fluorosis,the tooth whitening effect is good and lasting,can improve patient satisfaction,and the tooth sensitivity is slight.
