摘要
自体脂肪组织是理论上最理想的软组织填充材料,具有容易获取,来源广泛,生物相容性高等优点。颗粒脂肪移植能够自然地重塑面部轮廓和改善面部老龄化状态,然而其面临着高度不可预测的吸收率及难以于面颈部精细部位(细小沟槽、皱纹、眼睑、口周、颈纹、瘢痕组织等)进行注射等缺点。Nanofat是一种来源于自体脂肪组织的乳化悬浮液,能够通过细小注射针注入真皮层,其包含丰富的基质血管成分(SVF)、脂肪来源的间充质干细胞(ADSCs)及其他重要细胞因子,在改善皮肤老化、防治瘢痕及创面愈合等过程中能起到良好的效果。现从nanofat的制作、临床应用及作用机制等方面进行综述。
Autologous adipose tissue is the ideal soft tissue filling material in the clinic,with the advantages of easy access,wide source and high biocompatibility.Granular fat grafting can naturally reshape facial contours and improve facial aging.However,the absorption rate of granular fat graft is highly unpredictable.In addition,in the fine parts of the face and neck,such as small grooves,wrinkles,eyelids,perioral,cervical stripe and scar tissues,granular fat is difficult to be injected into the dermis layer.Nanofat is an emulsified suspension derived from adipose tissue,which can be injected into the dermis layer through a small injection needle and is rich in stromal vascular fraction(SVF),adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)and other important cytokines.Recent studies have shown that nanofat grafting can play a good role in improving skin aging,scar treatment and wound healing.This article reviews the production,clinical application and mechanism of action of nanofat.
