基于UAR策略的渌渚精品线规划设计

Luzhu Beautiful Rural Top Line Planning and Design Based on UAR Strategy

美丽乡村精品线指的是在美丽乡村建设的基础上进一步以点带面,串点成线,建设风景化的乡村。精品线集合"精品"打造与"线"性联系为一体,为打造景区化提供可能。现今精品线建设全面开展,但出现了"景观趋同"、"重复建设"等问题。为解决精品线规划中出现的问题并推进乡村振兴战略,结合精品线实践提炼出UAR策略,以305省道渌渚段精品线为例,从"利用"、"活化"和"重生"这3个角度提升景观质量,提供乡村规划设计新思路。

Beautiful rural top line is a beautiful village joint development of road that means"series points into lines,lines with surface,overall advance".It will organically connect with"boutique"village and integrated of development axis.And it provides the possibility of scenic tourism development planning.As beautiful rural top line construction to full implementation around,it gradually has appeared some problem like"repeat construction","landscape convergence",etc.In order to solve the problem and advance implementation of Rural Vitalization strategy,the author illustrates the application of UAR strategy.Taking Luzhu beautiful village top line as an example,the author focuses on three aspects including"use","activate"and"reborn"to improve the quality of the beautiful rural landscape,and attempts to provide a new idea of beautiful village planning.
