三联疗法联合补中益气汤治疗慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡出血

Research of Triple Therapy Combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Treating Chronic Gastritis Combined with Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

目的:应用三联疗法联合补中益气汤治疗慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡出血,分析并记录临床疗效和不良反应。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年7月高州市中医院收治的慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡出血患者共120例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采用三联疗法;观察组在三联疗法的基础上应用补中益气汤。治疗结束后,记录两组患者治疗后临床疗效情况、临床症候积分情况以及不良反应。结果:两组治疗均有改善,观察组治疗有效率为91.67%,高于对照组83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);相关药物的安全性记录,观察组相关药物不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:应用三联疗法联合补中益气汤治疗慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡出血患者,临床疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective To treat patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer bleeding by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with triple therapy and to observe its clinical efficacy and analyze its safety. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 in control group and three in combination therapy group. The study group consisted of 60 patients, On the basis of the control group treated with Bu Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, after treatment, the clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The study group and control group were able to treat chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer bleeding in patients, the clinical efficiency of the study group was 91.67%, the control group was83.33%, the effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the clinical symptom scores, the improvement in the study group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).The safety records of related drugs, the incidence of adverse drug events related to the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcer bleeding has significant clinical effect and high safety.
