摘要 针对现有的井下运载车制动方式操作复杂、环节多等问题,提出了机电联合式的曲柄摇杆机构结合鼓式制动器的机械式制动方案。为了探究制动过程中制动器温度场和应力场之间的交互作用,采用CATIA建立了鼓式制动器的三维结构模型,然后导入ABAQUS中,进行了瞬态热度场与瞬态应力场的耦合过程仿真分析。最后得出了鼓式制动器制动鼓、制动蹄和摩擦片的温度和应力分布云图,确定了制动结束时制动器的等效应力集中区域。 Aiming at the problems of the complex operation and many links of the braking mode of existing downhole carrying vehicles, the mechanical brake scheme of the electromechanical combined crank rocker mechanism and drum brake was proposed.In order to explore the interaction between brake temperature field and stress field in the braking process, the three-dimensional structure model of drum brake is established by CATIA, and then, the coupling process of transient heat field and stress field is simulated and analyzed based on ABAQUS. Finally, the temperature and stress distribution of the brake drum, brake shoe and friction plate are obtained, and the equivalent stress concentration area of the brake at the end of braking is determined.
