摘要 为了研究环节长、设备多、存在大量随机影响因素的煤矿掘进工作面风排瓦斯系统的可靠性,进而采取改进措施、减少瓦斯事故的发生,在对煤矿掘进工作面风排瓦斯系统故障统计的基础上,利用可靠性工程理论对其可靠性进行分析,得到各部件的可靠性指标,找出系统运转的薄弱环节,并提出了针对性措施。 In order to study the reliability of the ventilation and gas drainage system of coal mine tunneling face with long links,more equipment and a large number of random influencing factors, then, improvement measures are adopted to reduce the occurrence of gas accidents. On the basis of the fault statistics of the air exhaust gas system in the driving face of coal mine, the reliability of the system is analyzed by using the reliability engineering theory, and the reliability indexes of each component are obtained. The weak link of system operation is found out and the targeted measures are proposed.
