摘要
以深冲钢DC06为研究对象,在实验室条件下,模拟分析了不同连铸坯加热温度(1150-1250℃)和不同连退温度(760-840℃)工艺组合下IF钢连退成品的微观组织、析出物和力学性能。研究结果表明,降低连铸坯加热温度可以粗化连退成品的晶粒和析出物,提高连退成品的应变硬化指数和断后伸长率,并降低连退成品的强度。在连退成品性能要求一定的情况下,可以配以更低的连退温度,从而实现降本增效。
Taking deep drawing steel DC06 as the research object,the microstructure,precipitates and mechanical properties of continuous annealed IF steel products were simulated and analyzed under different reheating temperatures(1 150-1 250℃)and different continuous annealing temperatures(760-840℃)in laboratory.The results showed that lower reheating temperature of continuous casting slab could coarsen the grains and precipitates,improve the strain hardening index and elongation after fracture,and reduce the strength of the final products.For certain mechanical properties requirement of the final product,lower continuous annealing temperature could be matched to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
