摘要
随着淡水资源的日益匮乏,海水淡化技术已成为解决淡水资源危机的重要途径,但换热管表面易结垢已成为热法海水淡化面临的重要问题。本文针对首钢京唐公司LT-MED海水淡化装置的结垢问题,对其第2套LT-MED海水淡化装置的加药系统进行了优化改造。优化改造后,有效缓解了海水淡化装置的结垢问题,单套海水淡化装置产水量提高了15万t/a,有效保障了钢铁企业水系统的水质及水量平衡,并减少了海水淡化阻垢剂的使用量,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益,可为沿海地区热法海水淡化装置加药系统的优化改造提供很好的借鉴。
With the increasing shortage of fresh water resources,seawater desalination technology has become an important way to solve the crisis of fresh water resources,but the scaling problem of the heat exchange surface has become an important issue for thermal desalination.Aiming at the scaling problem of LT-MED seawater desalination unit in Shougang Jingtang company,the dosing system of its 2#LT-MED seawater desalination unit was optimized.After optimization and transformation,the scaling problem of seawater desalination unit could be effectively alleviated.The water production capacity of a single set of seawater desalination equipment was increased by 150 000 tons per year.The water quality and water balance of the water system in iron and steel works were effectively guaranteed,and the use of scale inhibitors in seawater desalination was reduced.The optimization and transformation in dosing system showed good economic and environmental benefits,and provides a good reference for optimizing and upgrading the dosing system of the thermal seawater desalination plant.
