2018年12月24日国家铁路局发布了2018年版铁路工程造价标准,包括编制办法、费用定额、概算定额等15册内容,已于2019年3月1日起正式实施。为全面掌握新版造价标准重要内容,扎实推进标准贯彻执行工作,对标准意义、标准修订内容进行简要介绍。

The 2018 Railway Construction Cost Standards were published by National Railway Administration of the People’s Republic of China on December 24 th,2018. The standards have been formally implemented on March 1 st,2019,including 15 volumes,such as Preparation Method,Cost Quota,Estimated Quota,etc. In order to fully grasp the important content of the new version of the standards and promote the standards’ implementation,this article provides a brief introduction of the standards,including meaning and revised content.
